Dealer Excellence Training Program
Albany is pleased to announce that we have reinstated the factory training component of our Dealer Excellence Training Program and will be scheduling sessions at our new manufacturing facility in Peachtree City, GA.
The program agenda will cover various mechanical/electrical installation topics and troubleshooting scenarios to help our dealers gain better knowledge of Albany doors and how they work. The Dealer Excellence Training Program is a perfect way to not only learn more about our products but also interact with Albany employees, meet other dealers and get a firsthand look at our world class facilities. This program is a key piece of our Dealer Excellence program that strives to make our dealer network the most highly trained group in the industry.
Our first dealer training will be taking place July 31st – August 1st at our Peachtree City location: 350 Dividend Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269. We have a limited number of 15 seats available for this training. Day 1 will consist of electrical training and a provided lunch and Day 2 will consists of mechanical training, plant tour, provided lunch and a certified technician qualification test. An email will be sent out to our current dealers with more information on this training session.
