PosiDrive M&I™ High Speed Underground Doors
Made for Abusive Environments
PosiDrive M&I high speed underground doors are mining doors ideal for harsh underground mining applications that need wind resistance and ventilation control. The Mining Safety and Health Association (MSHA) approved rubber fabric is flame – retardant, puncture resistant and can withstand corrosion and chemicals. PosiDrive mechanism enables the door to open and close under extreme wind pressures. These heavy duty mining doors include an automatic reversing edge, and infra red photo cells to keep workers and equipment safe from door impact. Windlok design system forms a near airtight seal that resists high windloads and pressures.

Counterbalanced Design
Low Maintenance
Albany’s counterbalanced design uses torsion springs and patented PosiDrive mechanism to mechanically drive the door during opening and closing cycles.
MSHA Rubber Curtain
Lifetime Warranty
MSHA flame resistant rubber panel is made up of two thick layers of rubber material with a strong polyester core. Stands up to them most abusive environments.
Continuous Windlok Design
Withstands High Windloads
The PosiDrive M&I’s Windlok system is a ½” rubber extension that runs the full length of the door curtain. When the heavy duty front channel is closed, the Windlok is secured tightly enabling the door to open and close under extreme wind pressures.
